What is Flatbed Printing?

Flatbed printing is one type of digital printing in which the image is transferred directly onto flat surface using UV curable ink.

The whole process is very similar to printing with your office inkjet printer. However, unlike the inkjet printer, flatbed printer machine uses a special type of ink which requires a unique method of application. After the UV ink is applied to the surface, the ink is being subjected to UV light in order to be cured (dried quickly). This results in high-quality image of great color fidelity.
